Position Description

Our specialized practice provides a range of services for children, teens, and young adults with developmental disabilities, learning differences, ADHD, giftedness, twice‑exceptional, and mood disorders. We are seeking a full‑time Colorado Licensed Doctoral‑Level Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) to join our team as a supervising psychologist for our graduate student and post‑doctoral trainees. This role focuses on providing high‑quality psychological services, overseeing trainees, and supporting other clinicians while avoiding the administrative burdens of practice management (billing, insurance verification, and claims are handled by the practice).

The ideal candidate is experienced in working with neurodiverse clients, particularly autistic individuals, is passionate about evidence‑based interventions, and is eager to mentor and supervise clinicians and trainees within a collaborative group practice. We have a strong referral base and are looking for someone who can join immediately.

About Us

We provide empirically supported and culturally sensitive psychological evaluation and therapy services for clients ages 1 through adulthood. Our evaluations include cognitive/intellectual abilities, academic achievement, attention disorders, emotional functioning, fetal substance exposure, head injury, and developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD). We are dedicated to serving clients from diverse backgrounds and supporting families, schools, and community settings in understanding each child’s strengths and growth areas.

About the Role

Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults based on clinical expertise and interest.

Supervise graduate‑level trainees (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) and other clinicians, providing clinical guidance, mentorship, and oversight, in both individual and small group supervision.

Collaborate with clients’ care teams, including school personnel and other professionals.

Supervision group co‑leaders for specialty groups such as social skills, Sibshops, DBT, and anxiety treatment groups.

Help lead monthly therapy didactics trainings for our clinic.

Participate in weekly clinical consultation and professional development with colleagues.

Promote awareness and understanding of developmental disabilities through trainings, community outreach, and advocacy.

Administrative support including scheduling, billing, payment processing, insurance credentialing, advertising, and referrals, so that you can focus on clinical care.

Competitive pay commensurate with experience, caseload, and supervisory responsibilities.

W‑2 employment with health/dental/vision insurance with company contribution, 401(k) with match, continuing education stipend, liability insurance, license renewal fees (full‑time), and short‑term disability.

Flexible weekday schedule with options for remote work when appropriate.

Team meetings, ongoing training, and collaboration within a supportive, diverse, and inclusive clinical environment serving clients across Medicaid, Medicare, and private pay.

Positive, collegial work culture with monthly staff engagement events and professional development opportunities.
