Job summary

Integrated Behavioral Health in Denver, CO, is seeking a licensed psychologist to provide outpatient therapy and comprehensive evaluations for children, tweens, teens, and families with ADHD, anxiety, autism, and behavioral challenges. The role offers a collaborative, warmth‑driven, values‑based practice with flexible hours and hybrid in‑person/telehealth work.

You will lead evidence‑based modalities (PCIT, ERP, CBT/ACT, DBT, EMDR) and manage your own caseload with weekly clinical supervision,

Qualifications

  • PhD or PsyD in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology from an APA‑accredited institution.
  • Active licensure in the state of Colorado in good standing.
  • Experience with outpatient therapy and comprehensive evaluations.

  • A professional self-starter who can manage your own caseload, scheduling, and documentation without needing to be micro-managed
Training & Education
  • PhD or PsyD in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology from an APA-accredited institution
Key Skills

Modality Expertise (Training Required): Proven training and/or certification in at least two of the following evidence-based modalities:

  • Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)
  • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) / Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills
  • Emotionally Focused Family/Couples Therapy (EFFT/EFCT)
  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Assessment Proficiency:
Demonstrated advanced proficiency in administering, interpreting, and writing comprehensive reports for complex child and adult evaluations (WPPSI, WISC, ADOS-2, Vineland, BRIEF, etc.)

Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a commitment to clinical collaboration within a team environment.

Location & Schedule

Primary Location: 1120 Delaware St., Suite 110, Denver, CO 80204

We’re also open to clinicians interested in our Greenwood Village location or expanding to new areas (Lafayette, Longmont, etc.)

Schedule: After-school hours, 2 to 7pm Monday through Friday, with flexibility depending on caseload. Fridays can always be a shorter day.

Hybrid: Mostly in-person to accommodate both in-person and telehealth visits. Report writing and administrative tasks can be done remotely.
