The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey seeks a qualified professional to oversee the Capital Plan Oversight Committee (CPOC) Gate Review process within the PMO, directing tasks and ensuring compliance with agency rules while supporting the 10-year capital plan.
You will provide analytical insights, lead staff during monthly reviews, and develop policies and templates for the gate review, with remote work allowance up to one day per week and in-office collaboration as needed.
Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Budget (Capital Plan) in the Project Management Office (PMO), the selected candidate will be responsible for the oversight and management of the Capital Plan Oversight Committee (CPOC) Project Gate Review process that controls the initiation and advancement of all Capital projects. The roles and responsibilities for this position include the direct supervision and management of all tasks associated with the CPOC Project Gate Review process in support of the implementation and monitoring of the Agency’s 10-year Capital Plan. This position is also responsible for providing various analysis related to the Capital Plan providing critical insights into the agency’s Capital Plan performance.

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey anticipates that the actual salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on aspects such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and internal factors. The expected compensation range for this role is: Minimum: $106,392 Midpoint: $138,297 Maximum: $170,222. In accordance with Port Authority policy, this position permits employees to work remotely a maximum of one day per week. In person collaboration is essential to how the Port Authority conducts business, and regular in-office days or team collaboration days may be required on business needs.
