Under general direction, with latitude for independent judgment, the Health Facility Construction Finance Officer supervises, plans, organizes, directs, and coordinates the activities of technical and analytical staff responsible for processing applications for all HCAI Health Financing Programs. Responsibilities include legislative analysis, program budgeting, strategic planning, and direct supervision, training, prioritizing workflow, and performance evaluations.

Candidates must be currently in the classification, eligible for lateral transfer, eligible for reinstatement, have list or LEAP eligibility, are in the process of obtaining list eligibility, or have SROA and/or Surplus eligibility.
