Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
  • Extensive experience providing clinical supervision to mental health professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision and oversight to support service workers, ensuring adherence to best practices, ethical guidelines, and state regulations.
  • Conduct individual and group supervision sessions to discuss cases, provide guidance, and offer clinical insights.
  • Review and approve individualized support plans, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices and client goals.
  • Collaborate with staff to assess client progress, make intervention recommendations, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Assist in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of staff, ensuring qualifications and training requirements are met.
  • Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for the team.
  • Provide counseling/therapy to clients using evidence-based modalities.
  • Monitor and evaluate service quality and implement improvements.
  • Maintain documentation of supervision sessions, client progress, and regulatory compliance.
  • Stay informed about current research and changes in state regulations.

As a State Certified Supervising Clinician, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting the clinical work of our team while upholding the highest professional standards.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision and oversight to support service workers, ensuring adherence to best practices, ethical guidelines, and state regulations.
  • Conduct individual and group supervision sessions to discuss cases, provide guidance, and offer clinical insights.

Qualifications:
  • State certification as a Clinician (e.g., Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, or similar) in the state of Idaho.
  • Master's degree or higher in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience providing clinical supervision to mental health professionals, preferably in a community-based setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of evidence-based practices, treatment modalities, and therapeutic interventions for a range of mental health concerns.
  • Familiarity with Idaho state regulations and requirements for mental health service delivery.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide, mentor, and support a team of support service workers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Ability to provide your own iPad or laptop for charting.
  • Proficient computer skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
