A leading healthcare provider is looking for a dedicated Supervising Clinical Psychologist to deliver telehealth services. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating mental health disorders while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. This role allows for a flexible schedule and offers a competitive pay range of $70-80 per hour, along with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate and experienced Supervising Clinical Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders. This role is fully remote and all services will be provided via telehealth. The Clinical Psychologist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Services include psychological assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, and case management services. Duties Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions. Provide individual, group, or family therapy using evidence-based techniques. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to patient's needs. Monitor patient's progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as needed. Maintain confidential and accurate patient records in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive care. Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in psychology and mental health treatment services as needed to accommodate patient preferences and accessibility. Supervise therapist internships that are onboarded as patient base grows. Requirements Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution. Active state licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of California. Minimum 3-years of Experience as a clinical psychologist is preferred. Proficiency in psychological testing and assessment techniques. Strong knowledge of psychotherapy modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and group therapy facilitation. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and teletherapy platforms. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
