Responsibilities

• Directly supervise WCLSC staff and LH Center Manager.
• Oversee daily operations of WCLSC and LH Call-In Center.
• Equip staff and volunteers to connect clients with legal information and referrals.
• Develop strategies to address unmet legal needs of self-represented litigants.
• Track outcomes and report data to inform strategy and funders.
