3. Microservices Mastery: A strong grasp of microservices architecture and how to create modular, scalable systems that can grow with our ambitions.
4. AI & Tool Integration Expertise: Proficiency in integrating AI tools and accelerators to enhance and streamline development workflows and using AI to write, accelerate and enhance code.
