Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician (Finance)

Job Description

Are you seeking an exciting career opportunity within a dynamic team? Walmart is expanding and actively recruiting a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician. If you have relevant experience, join our fast-paced, welcoming environment!

Your role will involve supporting and overseeing repair of refrigeration and HVAC equipment at Walmart facilities, utilizing commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills, along with hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance
• Large-Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience
• Type I/Type II or Universal EPA Certification for Refrigerant handling
• Valid driver's license with a clean record, ability to pass MVR
• 18+ years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Duties:

• Maintain and repair Walmart's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets
• Use work order management system to receive and document repair activities
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities and equipment to diagnose issues
• Complete required safety training for equipment and tools
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations, following Walmart safety policies
• Lift up to 75 pounds, work at heights, and use ladders as needed

Compensation

• Salary range: $56,160 - $106,080
• Sign-on bonus: $2000 (select locations)
• Compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications
• Eligible for bonus incentives
