Job Description

Your role as a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician will involve supporting and overseeing repairs within Walmart's refrigeration and HVAC equipment, utilizing your skills with hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration and HVAC maintenance
• Experience with large-scale rack refrigeration systems
• EPA Type I/Type II or Universal Certification for refrigerant handling
• Valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass MVR check
• Minimum 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Duties:

• Maintain and repair Walmart's refrigeration and HVAC equipment using appropriate skills and tools
• Use work order management systems to receive and document repair activities
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities and equipment to diagnose issues
• Complete safety training for operating equipment and tools
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations according to Walmart's safety and environmental policies
• Lift up to 75 pounds, work at heights, and use ladders as needed

Compensation:

• Salary range: $56,160 - $106,080
• Sign-on bonus of $2,000 (select locations)
• Compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications
• Eligible for bonus incentives
