Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively greet customers and answer their questions in a professional manner.
  2. Identify product items properly.
  3. Scan customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  4. Follow all cash handling procedures and complete the process accurately and efficiently.
  5. Bag items properly.
  6. Answer customer inquiries by phone or in person with appropriate etiquette.
  7. Conduct customer returns and exchanges in compliance with the company policies.
  8. Properly handle customer suggestions and complaints for customer retention.
  9. Review, create, and apply new batches. Update prices in the system. Make various sizes of price tags, and ensure price tags and signage are correctly labeled.
  10. Process online orders according to company procedures.
  11. Maintain clean, organized work areas, and comply with internal procedures.
  12. Perform other duties as required for business needs.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous front end customer service experience preferred.
  2. College degree or equivalent education.
  3. Good communication skills and willingness to help customers.
  4. Able to check and evaluate product quality and notice product description.
  5. Efficient, responsible, and safely use equipment.
  6. Requires long periods of standing and lifting up to 25+ pounds.
  7. Flexible time, work 5 days per week, with no days off on weekends and holidays.
  8. Bilingual in Cantonese, Chinese, or Spanish is a plus.
  9. Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Employment Type:

Salary:

  1. The pay range for this job starts from $18 / Hr. - $19 / Hr.
  2. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
