Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant trial experience including pre-trial motions, bench and jury trials.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills required.
• Strong communication and timely information-sharing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Commonwealth in various courts in Plymouth County and beyond.
• Review materials, conduct investigations, and handle arraignments and motions.
• Conduct trials, pleas, and post-conviction matters as needed.
• Collaborate with officers, staff, and community partners to ensure ethical prosecution.
• Attend meetings with law enforcement and community partners.
