Kimmel & Associates is seeking a hands-on Superintendent to lead on-site commercial roofing projects in North Florida and the Panhandle. You will coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and schedules while upholding safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple roofing projects with strong communication and leadership skills, ensuring projects meet timelines and budgets and adhere to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent in commercial roofing construction.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, installation methods, and industry best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Valid driver\'s license with the ability to travel throughout North Florida and the Panhandle as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations for commercial roofing projects.
• Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveries.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance.
• Perform quality control inspections throughout each phase of construction.
• Communicate project progress with project managers, customers, and company leadership.
• Identify and resolve field issues to minimize project delays.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, documentation, and jobsite records.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
