What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading all on-site operations on wastewater treatment plant and industrial projects from start to finish.
• Coordinating crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials to keep the project moving efficiently.
• Driving daily production while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Acting as the go-to on-site expert — solving problems, managing expectations, and keeping everyone aligned.
• Working closely with Project Managers and Engineers to hit project milestones.
• Conducting regular safety meetings and enforcing OSHA standards and site-specific policies.
• Tracking and reporting job progress through daily logs and field reports.
• Reviewing and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.
• Identifying potential issues early and implementing solutions before they cause delays.

What You’ll Need

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Field Supervisor on WWTP, utility, or industrial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and mechanical components of treatment plant builds.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specs.
• Familiarity with project scheduling tools like Primavera or MS Project.
• Proficiency in site documentation platforms (Procore, HCSS, Bluebeam, etc.).
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
