As a Superintendent - Substations, your key responsibilities will be to plan resource availability accordingly through the local unions. This includes the scheduling, coordination, and management of subcontractors. Superintendent will also assist General Foreman to schedule work, crews, tools and equipment for efficiency and to minimize travel time.

What it takes?
  • 10+ Years of Substation Field Experience
  • Working in Greenfield and Brownfield Substations
  • Understanding Substation Switching Procedures
  • Supporting and Managing Site Safety
  • Coordinate all manpower for the projects you will be overseeing with the Senior Superintendent for multiple projects.
  • Work directly with IBEW Union Halls and their Referral Agents and Business Agents.
  • Assist with developing crews for Projects.
  • Work with the APM’s and Projects Managers associated with Projects you will be overseeing with the following:
    • Schedules
    • Manpower Look Head
    • Equipment
    • Materials
    • RFI’s
  • Work w the Client Construction Managers
  • Manage Drawings on the Projects
  • Review Project Specifications
  • Support the Site Leads to Tooling Requests
