Job summary

Garney Construction seeks a Superintendent to lead field operations in Tempe, AZ. You will drive safety, develop short‑ and long‑term schedules, coordinate with project management, review costs and labor, and supervise subcontractors to deliver quality results on time.

The role requires extensive field leadership, travel as needed, and a track record of successful project delivery in a fast‑paced environment.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction supervision.
• Willingness to travel as required.

• Create 6‑week look‑ahead schedules and monitor the overall project schedule.
• Coordinate with project management.

• Complete daily and periodic report updates.
