Job Title: Site Superintendent

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Site Superintendent with a minimum of five years of experience managing large projects. The ideal candidate will take pride in their projects and demonstrate leadership skills in the Heavy Civil Industry.

Responsibilities

• Run heavy civil construction projects.
• Oversee multiple crews on a project.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Adhere to all safety rules and regulations.

Essential Skills

• 10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction.
• 5+ years of supervision experience.
• Strong Excavation/Sitework experience
• Ability to oversee multiple crews ranging from 5 to 30 team members.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Hour Training is a plus.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented capabilities.
• Safety-oriented and a team player.
• Familiarity with GPS Rover technology.

Work Environment

The Site Superintendent will primarily work on the job site, focusing on one project at a time. Projects typically range from $2 million to $5 million and are located within an hour and a half from Bethlehem PA. The work schedule includes four 10-hour shifts and one 8-hour shift, with start times ranging from 6:30 to 7:00 am. Crew sizes can range from 5 to 30 people

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.

Client offers Highmark health benefits. It's around $120 a week for family and they have a $2k deductible.
