Job Title: Superintendent of Construction

Actalent is seeking to hire a full superintendent to join our team in the production homebuilding space!

Responsibilities

• Manage Construction Schedules: Oversee schedules for multiple single-family homes at various stages of construction.
• Order Materials: Ensure timely delivery of materials to job sites according to the schedule.
• Communication: Update all designated parties on the status of scheduled closings and walk-throughs.
• Quality Control: Conduct daily inspections to ensure all work complies with plans and meets quality standards.
• Timely Delivery: Ensure all homes are delivered within the established timeframe.
• Safety Meetings: Conduct on-site safety and construction meetings regularly.
• Project Management: Start and close the number of homes designated in the business plan monthly.
• Invoice Approval: Inspect all trade contractor work and supplier deliveries before approving invoices for payment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $105000.00/hr.
