Newman Grove Public Schools seeks applications for the position of Superintendent of the Schools. The District is located in Newman Grove in Eastern Nebraska, with a PK-12 enrollment of 251 students. The District has excellent AQuESTT scores reflecting great staff and students; increasing enrollment; financial stability with a solid budget history; and is progressive with a new daycare center; as well as a proposed new community center and housing projects.

The Superintendent of Schools provides leadership and supervision to the faculty, staff, and students of a Nebraska school district in accordance with the policies and directives of the district’s Board of Education. Candidates must possess or be able to acquire by the opening date of the position, a Nebraska Administrative and Supervisory Certificate endorsed fully or provisionally for the PK-12 Superintendency. An Educational Specialist degree, Doctorate in Educational Administration, or an equivalent credential approved by the Nebraska Department of Education is required for this position.
