Job summary

Mountain Management Group in Salt Lake City is seeking a hands-on Superintendent for multifamily construction projects. You will lead on-site activities, coordinate with subcontractors, drive safety, manage schedules, and ensure projects are completed on time and to spec.

Reporting to the General Superintendent or Project Executive, you will partner with the Project Manager on contract administration, provide clear direction to the on-site team, and uphold quality, safety, and budget goals

Qualifications

• Multifamily construction experience required.
• Podium & wrap experience preferred.
• Austin experience preferred.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
