Job summary

Tutor Perini Corporation is seeking a Superintendent to join our Midtown Manhattan project site. You will supervise construction, coordinate scheduling and subcontractors, ensure compliance with contract documents, and provide technical guidance to support schedule and safety.

The role requires a four-year Engineering or Construction Management degree, 20 years of field supervisory experience (10+ as Superintendent on $200M+ projects), and familiarity with U.S. construction methods.

Qualifications

• Four-year Engineering, Construction Management or similar degree from an accredited institution; HS or equivalent accepted.
• 20 years of field supervisory experience, including at least 10 years as Superintendent on projects valued at $200M+.
• Experience in new building/structure construction including piles, concrete, structural steel.
• Knowledge of U.S. construction methods, techniques, and standards.
• Experience with City, State, Federal Government Clients preferred.
• Knowledge of contract management and familiarity with local trade/unions/craft.
• MS Word/Excel, Procure, Bluebeam, HCSS Heavy bid.
• OSHA certification, First Aid Certs.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Site Specific Safety Plan.
• Coordinate with on-site Owner employees.
• Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.

DESCRIPTION

As a Superintendent at Tutor Perini Corp., reporting to Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
