Job summary

ECM is seeking a senior professional to coordinate and oversee the implementation activities for managed tasks at an operating nuclear facility. The role requires interfacing with multiple managers and craft supervisors to ensure work is thoroughly planned and executed.

Qualified candidates will have extensive experience supervising large construction/maintenance activities, and the ability to obtain unescorted access clearance.

Position Summary

Coordinate and provide oversight for implementation activities associated with managed tasks and modified managed tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for performing work in accordance with the Company's Code of Ethics and Standards of Business Conduct
  • Ensure that all work activities are properly planned, reviewed, and that effective look-ahead, package reviews, and work status is completed.
  • Interface with the Implementation Manager, Project Manager, Construction Manager, and craft supervisors.
  • Support the organization to meet site programmatic requirements such as PIP, self-assessments, job observations, training, etc.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience in implementation of mechanical, piping, welding and structural / civil modifications in an operating nuclear station.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a project team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of the Work Management process.
  • Able to obtain and maintain clearance for unescorted access.
Experience Required
  • Previous experience in supervising and managing large construction / maintenance implementation activities.
  • Experience in providing oversight for managed task contractors on large construction projects.
  • Experience in providing oversight for craft supervisors and technicians.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in project implementation.

In compliance with transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $95,000 - $171,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and other factors.
