The Superintendent, Marine Construction role supports field operations by coordinating schedules and resources, communicating scope to Foremen, and ensuring safety processes like JSAs and inspections are completed. Responsibilities include attending client meetings, managing materials and tooling needs, verifying daily QA/QC and as‑built documentation, reviewing time and field reports, and working closely with the Project Manager. This position also helps develop Foremen and trade staff while contributing to efficient, safe, and consistent project execution.
