Job summary

Michael Page US is recruiting for a Superintendent to lead field operations on ground-up industrial projects in the Atlanta area. You will oversee tilt-wall construction, coordinate with PMs and design teams, and drive schedules while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years in a superintendent capacity with strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple trades on fast-paced projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial/general contracting or development.
• Proven delivery of ground-up light industrial projects.
• Strong tilt-wall construction experience required.
• Knowledge of site development, concrete, structural systems, and warehouse facilities.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced schedules.
• OSHA and safety-focused mindset.
