Job summary

Ironclad Environmental Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager to drive the operational success of the business. You will oversee safety initiatives, training, and KPI-driven performance while implementing standard operating procedures to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost control.

You will collaborate with Branch and Regional Managers and corporate teams to optimize fleet and labor utilization, manage inventory, and ensure on-time, high-quality service delivery across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with relevant field experience.
• 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing operations or equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage cross-departmental relationships with executive and field leadership.
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality and performance.
• Excellent customer presentation and communication skills.
• Experience with leasing or related industries like logistics or transportation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Safety, Transportation, and Environmental Policies and support health and safety through training and assessments.
• Develop and maintain standard work instructions with strong training and communication initiatives.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers, Regional Managers, and corporate departments to meet KPIs.
• Optimize fleet and labor utilization to meet customer demand.
• Conduct quarterly inventory counts for fleet and PPE to ensure maintenance and accountability.
• Utilize capacity planning tools to support growth and inventory management.
• Train and monitor service employees on Standard Work Instructions and staffing.
• Ensure on-time deliveries, returns, and high-quality service.
