Mortenson Construction is seeking a Superintendent II to coordinate, plan, and supervise assistant superintendents, contractors, and craft activities on a major project. You will develop and manage schedules, review plans for constructability, and lead safety, quality, and process improvements onsite.
The role requires extensive construction management experience, detailed planning, and ability to travel up to 100%. A driver’s license and strong customer-service orientation are essential.

(for Non-Craft & Non-Union Craft working 25+ hours / week)
(Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%).
The base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson's incentive plan.
