Job summary

Faith Technologies seeks a Superintendent to lead our electrical teams on construction sites in Dallas, TX. You will apply NEC knowledge, uphold safety as a core value, and drive projects to be on time and within budget.

Strong leadership and proven experience managing large electrical installations and budgets are required, with 60–75% travel. This is a dynamic role offering growth through Faith’s merit-based culture and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours).
• Travel: 60-75%.
• Work Schedule: 6 am–6 pm, Monday–Friday; may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintains current licensing and training requirements.
• History of managing large projects (30+ electricians or multiple small-medium projects simultaneously).
• Independently develops accounts to widen scope and generates additional revenue through upselling, estimating, pricing, and negotiation.
• Ability to create estimates and change orders utilizing Faith’s estimating software with oversight from Project Manager.
• Consistently meets or exceeds goals of gross margin dollars per man hour.
• Minimum of 8 jobsite safety evaluations per quarter.

Superintendents have a well versed knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) and a strong passion for safety, training, leadership development, and commitment to excellence. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours)

Travel: 60-75%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• All previous classification requirements must be continually satisfied.
• Maintains current licensing and training requirements.
• History of managing large projects (30+ electricians or multiple small-medium projects simultaneously)
• effectively while routinely meeting and/or beating estimated job costs.
• Independently develops accounts to widen scope and generates additional revenue through upselling,
• estimating, pricing, and negotiation.
• Ability to create estimates and change orders utilizing Faith’s estimating software with oversight from Project Manager.
• Consistently meets or exceeds goals of gross margin dollars per man hour.
• Minimum of 8 jobsite safety evaluations per quarter.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
