Mortenson Construction seeks a Superintendent I to coordinate, plan, and supervise assistant superintendents, contractors, and craft activities within a project area, while strengthening customer relationships through excellent service.
Responsibilities include developing and managing schedules, coordinating with design teams, leading safety and quality efforts, mentoring staff, and ensuring on-time delivery of milestones across multiple trades. Travel up to 100% may be required.

(for Non-Craft & Non-Union Craft working 25+ hours / week)
The base pay range for this role is $111,400 - $167,100. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson's incentive plan.
