Vivmark Residential is seeking a Superintendent I to join our Construction team and support the delivery of multifamily and mixed-use development projects. This role offers hands-on field leadership for someone early in their construction career, with opportunities to learn from experienced professionals while owning portions of projects.
You'll coordinate subcontractors, monitor safety, quality, and schedule, and help ensure on-time delivery to high standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their construction leadership career who wants to gain hands-on experience managing field operations while learning from experienced construction professionals.
In this role, you’ll own portions of a project, coordinate subcontractors, support safety and quality initiatives, and help ensure projects are delivered on schedule and to the highest standards.
