Talent With Heart is seeking a results-driven Superintendent to lead healthcare or commercial construction projects in Columbus, OH. You will join our Special Projects Group and partner with the project team to deliver high-quality builds on time and on budget.

Responsibilities include coordinating drawings, planning and reviews, managing materials to align with field and design requirements, and proactively tracking lead times to prevent delays. Bluebeam experience is required.
