Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Superintendent for Healthcare or Commercial projects in Columbus, OH. Relocation assistance available. Compensation is $95K - $110K based on experience.

Join our Special Projects Group and lead construction efforts to deliver high-quality builds on time and within budget. You will drive success by coordinating with the project team, reviewing coordination drawings, managing materials, and tracking lead times to prevent delays.

Qualificações

• Experience in Healthcare or Commercial construction.
• Bluebeam experience (Required).
• Experience with material lead time tracking (Required).
