Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent with Healthcare or Commercial construction experience to lead our Special Projects Group. You will collaborate with the project team to deliver high-quality builds on time and within budget.

You will drive success by coordinating drawings, managing materials, and tracking timelines to prevent delays, aligning field and design requirements while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven background in Healthcare or Commercial construction.
• Bluebeam experience (Required).
• Experience with material lead time tracking (Required).

Compensation: $95K - $110K (Based on experience)
