Job summary

MPI is seeking a Senior Superintendent for a major healthcare/life sciences project in Southern California. You will supervise on-site operations, lead field teams, and drive safety, quality, and schedule adherence from the project trailer.

The role requires 7+ years as a superintendent, strong OSHPD/HCAI experience, and proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Primavera P6. On-site work with a competitive compensation package and benefits is offered.

Profile

• 7+ years of Superintendent experience
• Strong OSHPD/HCAI experience is required
• Software experience: Procor, Bluebeam, MS Project, P6, Microsoft Office
• Bachelor of Construction Management preferred, not required
