  10. Coordinate with the Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) Director to implement a site-specific safety program.
  11. Oversee and direct all field operations for the project.
  12. Supervise subcontractors and self-perform crews to ensure work aligns with contract documents, safety standards, and schedule goals.
  13. Enforce adherence to project specifications, quality expectations, and infection control procedures as applicable in healthcare environments.
  14. Conduct daily site inspections to monitor safety compliance, site cleanliness, and progress.
  15. Actively participate in the coordination of inspections, utility connections, and regulatory reviews (e.g., AHJ, Joint Commission, OSHPD, etc., where applicable).
  16. Proactively manage jobsite logistics and resolve conflicts or schedule impacts in real-time.
  17. Ensure that all aspects of construction support uninterrupted operation of adjacent or active hospital areas where applicable.
