The Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day management of all on-site construction activities. This role ensures that work is performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. The Superintendent will supervise field personnel and subcontractors to drive the project schedule, maintain budget expectations, and ensure all construction practices align with safety protocols and client standards.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and maintain a culture of accountability and safety.
Thorough understanding of building systems (structural, MEP, etc.) and construction sequencing.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex field logistics.
Familiarity with construction scheduling software and project documentation systems.
