You will oversee day-to-day field activities and ensure contract documentation alignment. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in commercial construction, a track record with ground-up or large-scale projects, and proficiency in MS Office and CM tools;

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience managing ground-up or large-scale projects.
• Healthcare or life sciences experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management tools.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
