Overaa Superintendents are energetic, dedicated, and experienced leaders. They inspire and motivate crews and subcontractors to work safely and productively. As key company representatives, they communicate well and establish positive relationships with project owners and their representatives as well as architects, inspectors, and trade partners. The Superintendent is responsible for all aspects of field operations, including labor productivity, construction means and methods, and quality control. Additionally, the Superintendent emphasizes jobsite safety and identifies and resolves hazards promptly. The Superintendent is experienced with scheduling, including subcontractor coordination, material procurement, and self-performing craft labor. From mobilization through completion, Overaa Superintendents know how to deliver projects on time and on budget. *Please note this role is projected to be filled in Q4 of 2026*.

The position requires working in a physically demanding jobsite environment, frequently in an outdoor setting. Bending, stooping, kneeling, walking, and lifting is required. Ability to lift 40+ lbs. Driving required - must have valid driver's license for three or more years; proof of automobile liability insurance required when driving personal vehicle.
