Michael Page is seeking a seasoned Superintendent for a family-owned builder delivering landmark $100M+ projects in the Northern Virginia area. Lead day-to-day site operations on large mixed-use, multifamily, and commercial developments, coordinating subcontractors, safety, quality, and schedules to drive timely delivery.

• Proven experience overseeing ground-up construction projects.
• Background in multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, or similar large-scale developments preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain project schedules, quality, and safety standards.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Superintendent Should Have

• Experience working as a Superintendent with a general contractor.


• Approximately 10-20 years of construction experience, ideally with progressive field leadership responsibilities.


• Proven experience overseeing ground-up construction projects.


• Background in multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, or similar large-scale developments preferred.


• Strong leadership, scheduling, coordination, and communication skills.


• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain project schedules, quality, and safety standards.


• Knowledge of construction best practices, site logistics, and field operations.


• Local knowledge of the Northern Virginia construction market is advantageous.
