Haskell is seeking a Superintendent to oversee field-related activities for electrical construction projects in Jacksonville, Florida. This role involves managing labor, materials, and customer relations, ensuring tasks are effectively completed to meet project goals.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of construction experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office, with necessary certifications in First Aid, CPR, and OSHA 30-hour. This position features comprehensive responsibilities including quality inspections and project planning.
Superintendent takes ownership of, and is responsible for, all field-related activities on assigned projects, and obtains successful cost results with respect to labor, material, and equipment utilization. These activities include, but are not limited to, safety, quality, schedule, project communication, planning, sequencing, site logistics, subcontractor, and client coordination.
Superintendent II- High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 7 years of applicable construction experience with at least 3 years as a Superintendent.
While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
