Job summary

CyberCoders seeks a hands-on Project Supervisor to lead field operations for custom high-end residential builds in Acton, MA. You will oversee daily site activities, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure workmanship meets design intent, codes, and safety standards.

You will coordinate subcontractors, review plans and change orders, and maintain meticulous logs, RFIs, and punch lists while communicating with clients and stakeholders to keep projects on track and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Supervisor experience in custom residential construction.
• Proven success managing ground-up custom homes, luxury residences, and high-end renovations.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, building codes, inspections, and quality control.
• Ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and jobsite operations while maintaining safety and craftsmanship standards.
• Carpentry experience is a plus.

Salary: $75,000 - $115,000 (Based on Experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Project Supervisor to lead field operations for custom home projects. The Supervisor will act as the on-site leader overseeing construction quality, schedule, budget, and subcontractor performance ensuring high-end residential builds meet design, safety, and client expectations.
