Job summary

The Tepa Companies in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead project execution, safety, and quality from preconstruction through closeout on government and school district projects.

You will review plans, supervise subcontractors, maintain safety programs, manage logs and documentation, and coordinate inspections, meetings, and demobilization, while ensuring compliance with OSHA 30 requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of relevant construction experience as a Superintendent.
• Experience with government entities and school districts preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety & Health training within last 5 years.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.

• Conduct daily inspections.
