Jobot is hiring a Project Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale commercial construction projects. You will drive day-to-day on-site execution, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality while coordinating all trades and collaborating with ownership and design teams.

With 5+ years in commercial construction supervision, you’ll oversee complex projects typically ranging from $20M to $50M+. A strong leader with solid communication will thrive in this high-visibility role at Jobot.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction supervision.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex ground-up projects (typically $20M-$50M+)
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and trade coordination.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders (owners, A/E teams, subs, inspectors).
• Ability to lead teams in union or multi-trade environments.
• Solid communication skills and field leadership presence.
