Job summary

gpac LLC in the Denver area seeks a seasoned Commercial Superintendent to lead healthcare, biotech, technology, pharmaceutical, and K-12 projects valued at $30M-$50M from start to closeout. You will oversee field operations, coordinate with project managers and owners, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on site.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in superintendent roles, federal project experience (FAA/DoD preferred), EM 385-1-1 and OSHA qualifications, a 4-year college degree,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a superintendent role.
• Federal project leadership experience or strong track record.
• Reliable transportation.
• FAA or DoD project experience preferred.
• EM 385-1-1, OSHA 30 or OSHA 10 preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations on healthcare projects from start to closeout.
• Manage superintendents, subcontractors, schedules, quality, and safety on site.
• Coordinate with project managers and owners.
• Occasional travel to cover projects at other locations for a week at a time.

What You'll Do

• Lead field operations on healthcare projects from start to closeout.
• Manage superintendents, subcontractors, schedules, quality, and safety on site.
• Coordinate with project managers, and owners.
• Cover projects at other locations now and then, usually for a week at a time when the need comes up.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in a superintendent role.
• Considerable experience as a leader in federal construction.
• Reliable transportation.
• FAA or DoD project experience is strongly preferred.
• EM 385-1-1, OSHA 30, or OSHA 10 qualifications are preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
• 4 year College Degree
