Qualifications

• 5+ years as commercial construction superintendent or similar role.
• Advanced education or certifications in construction management.

• Experience with Autodesk Build, Procore, and Phoenix workflows.
• Experience with Lean construction, Flow scheduling and 3-Phase Control.

Responsibilities

• Implement and drive the Zero-Injury Safety program.
• Review drawings, specs, and owner/subcontract documents.
• Deliver built-in quality via our three-phase QC process.
• Develop and maintain site logistics and staging plans.
• Drive the project schedule and supervise construction activities daily.
• Lead daily Site-Wide Huddles and Plan of the Day meetings.
• Monitor and control project costs; manage change where needed.
• Utilize CM systems and support staff development.
• Support interviewing and hiring as needed; perform other duties.

We are currently looking to add an experienced Superintendent to the team in our XXX region. The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise and coordinate field operations, driving projects to successful completion through a safe work environment, quality construction, effective LEAN planning & scheduling, cost management, collaboration with project stakeholders, and superior client service.

What You Will Do:

• Implement & drive our Zero-Injury Safety program.
• Understand drawings, specifications, and terms/conditions of owner contracts and subcontracts.
• Deliver built-in quality using our three-phase quality control process.
• Develop andmaintainworksitelogistics.
• Drive project schedule including day to day supervision and coordination of construction activities.
• Facilitate daily Site-Wide Huddles and Plan of the Day Meetings
• Proactivelymonitor& control project costs
• Leverage construction management and project management systems
• Support the professional development and mentoring of Messer staff.
• Support the interviewing and hiring process, as needed.
• Perform other duties andresponsibilitiesas needed.

What You WillBring:

• 5+ years of experienceoperatingas a commercial construction Superintendent, or in a directly comparable rolerequired.
• Advanced education,trainingor certifications in construction management disciplines
• Demonstrable excellence in leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of contemporary construction technologies and systems (ex.AutoDeskBuild, Procore, Phoenix, etc.)
• Proven experienceutilizingcontemporary constructionprocessesand project management systems (e.g..LeanConstruction, Flow scheduling, 3-Phase Control,etc.)
• Proven experiencemaintainingcompliance with construction safety policies and standards.
• Experienceinterviewing and hiring, managing directreports,and supporting the performance management process.
