Position Overview

This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate various teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise construction projects from the ground up to ensure timely and high-quality completion.
• Manage daily operations on the job site, including scheduling, resource allocation, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to facilitate smooth project execution and communication.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure all work meets established standards and specifications.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules.
