Job summary

Marmer Construction is seeking a capable construction professional in Brooksville, FL to supervise and coordinate resources for successful project execution. You will lead subcontractors, manage safety, and ensure quality while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.

The role emphasizes hands-on take-offs, material orders, and meticulous documentation, with an adaptable, team-oriented mindset for outdoor site work and varying conditions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of construction field experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Organized, proactive, and willing to take initiative
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and construction-related software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work outdoors and on active construction sites in varying conditions
• A team player who takes pride in craftsmanship, safety, and execution
• A strong work ethic and commitment to Marmer Construction’s values of quality, accountability, and professionalism
• Able to function in a collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Create and manage schedules, prepare RFIs, review and process Submittals and Shop Drawings
• Prepare daily and weekly project records and reports
