Job summary

Actalent is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent for on-site leadership in Wilton, CT. You will manage day-to-day construction activities, lead field personnel, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery on pharma, healthcare, and cleanroom projects.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in superintendent roles on commercial builds, strong scheduling and drawing-reading skills, and familiarity with Procore/Bluebeam/MS Project/Sage.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of superintendent experience on commercial projects.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, semiconductor, laboratory, or cleanroom environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications; familiarity with project software.

Responsibilities

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Wilton, CT.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $160000.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
