Job summary

Lithko Contracting in Tulsa, Oklahoma seeks a Superintendent to lead project execution for commercial and industrial construction. You will develop phase plans, coordinate equipment, materials, and staffing, and drive on-time delivery within defined processes.

The role requires 5+ years of concrete project experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Office. Bachelor’s in CM or Engineering is strongly preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for large-scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops a project plan for their phase of work.
• Understands project information and identifies obstacles and opportunities for their phase of work.
• Prepares their team to execute using defined planning processes.
• Ensures their team has staged equipment, materials, and workstations for optimal output.
• Utilizes and tracks time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign in & sign out sheets.
• Responsible for ensuring project execution goals are met for their portion of work.
• Communicates project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties.

The Role

As a Superintendent at Lithko Contracting, you'll be responsible for planning the execution phase of the project. You'll work closely with the operational team to create an overall project plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing a project plan for their phase of work.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook.


• Good organizational and communication skills.


• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.


• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.


• Seeking someone with a variety of project types with emphasis on Commercial/Industrial.


• In depth knowledge of construction principles/practices required with experience on projects over 1 million dollars.


• Knows how to lead people and drive results for the overall project success.


• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering strongly preferred.
