Barnard Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a Safety and Field Supervisor to oversee craft workforce on domestic projects with travel and relocation required.

You will manage safety programs, budgets, and scheduling across crews, ensuring compliance with Barnard safety policies and project timelines. This role demands strong leadership, organization, and a hands-on approach on challenging civil construction sites.

Relocation and travel are expected for domestic and international sites.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to travel and relocate.
• Heavy Civil construction experience.
• Experience supervising multiple foremen/construction crews.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Safety oriented; 10-hour and 30-hour OSHA certificates are preferred.
• Strong work ethic; willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
• Ability to function as a team-builder/player.
• Ability to freely access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environment.
