Job summary

MMG is seeking a Superintendent for multifamily developments. This role reports to the General Superintendent and/or Project Executive and is based in the United States.

You will interact with subcontractors, partner with the Project Manager on contract administration, and provide direction to the project team to complete projects safely and on time.

Qualifications

• Multifamily construction experience is required.
• Podium & Wrap experience highly preferred.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
