Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Superintendent at Hand Construction's location in Shreveport, LA. The Superintendent will oversee daily onsite operations, coordinate with project managers and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Other responsibilities include scheduling, monitoring project progress, managing on‑site personnel, and resolving any issues that arise during construction. This role requires effective communication, leadership, and the ability to identify and mitigate potential challenges to maintain project timelines and budgets.
